Meet the offical ‘Oh Dahlia’ team, Tahlia & Zali! These are the faces behind every email, instagram post, market trip, floral arrangement, phone call, bouquet delivery, and event set up (admittedly though, the work load is not shared equally).
Tahlia
My love and passion for flowers started in high-school, spending most of my free time obsessing over wedding blogs and creating countless Pinterest boards. After Finishing my Cert.3 in floristry in 2015 I jumped straight into the industry working for an amazing local florist ‘Octopus Garden’, who helped me find my confidence and style, and I wouldn’t be the florist I am without having them take me under their wing.
After having a cheeky little break to travel for a couple of years, I decided it was time to make my passion my career and that’s when ‘Oh Dahlia’ was born, with the love and support from my friends and family.
It is my goal to create the florals of your dreams, making your big day just as magical as you’ve always imagined.
I love to stray from the traditions and break the rules when it comes to flowers and designs.
But obviously none of this would be possible without the support of my beloved business partner…
Zali
Meet Zali my offical business partner and employee of the month (every month). Zali is my 4 year old rescue pooch who has been around for the entire creation of ‘Oh Dahlia’. Her duties include protecting the studio from invading bugs, finding the best patch of sun to lay in, and giving her approval for all floral creations.
